Biography
Paul Ashley is a British actor who was born April 1979 in Middlesbrough situated in the North-East region of England. His acting experience dates back somewhat five years and during this time Paul has performed in a wide range of environments.
Paul did his training at Teesside Tertiary College Middlesbrough for 2 years where he achieved an HND in Acting. Paul’s height and frame gives him the flexibility and opportunity to take on character roles within a very impressive ten-year age range. As well as possessing naturally youthful features Paul also has an excellent ability to adapt a tough, cold and often sinister character which has been the key to his success in roles such as “The Hitman/Monster” in Monster, “The Stalker” in Becky’s Night Out and “Nick the 80’s Biker” in Is That It.
As well as possessing a fiendish persona Paul also is adept to taking on a comical, quirky and calamitous character which has been excellently portrayed in Paul’s roles as “The Professor” in Road, “Barron Wade” in Old King Cole and “Eugene” in Grease. Paul has enjoyed experience at the highest level working alongside some highly regarded actors. Paul has also played the lead role “Julian” in That Goodnight, a short film which later went on to win the Royal Television Society Yorkshire Non-Factual Student Award for 2006.
